You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Generated podcasts are for your personal or permitted use. Castella retains rights to its technology and voice models.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

If premium features are offered, all payments and renewals are handled through the App Store under its terms.

Castella is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or content accuracy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
