1. Acceptance

By using Voirem ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the app. We may update these Terms anytime — continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use Voirem. If under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional but required for sync and premium features. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and notifying us of any unauthorized access.

4. App Use

Voirem lets you record, organize, and transcribe your audio. Use it legally and respectfully. You must not:

Record without consent where required by law
Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
Attempt to hack, misuse, or resell the App

5. Ownership

Your content: You keep full rights to your recordings and transcriptions.
Our content: The App's design, logo, and software belong to Voirem. You grant us a limited license to process your content only to provide features (e.g., transcription or AI summaries).

6. Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) via the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.

Voirem is provided "as is." We don't guarantee perfect accuracy for AI transcriptions or uninterrupted service. You're responsible for backing up your local recordings. We're not liable for data loss or indirect damages.
