Prompt Library – Zhok ("Zhok," "we," "our," or "us") lets you organize and manage AI prompts entirely on your device. We believe privacy should be the default, and this policy explains the minimal data practices behind the app.

2. Information We Collect

Zhok does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers. Specifically:

• Prompts and categories: Saved locally on your device only.
• Purchase status: Managed by Apple through App Store receipts; we do not see your payment details.
• No accounts: We do not provide accounts, sync, or cloud backups.
• No analytics / tracking: The app runs fully offline and does not include analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising identifiers.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Your prompts stay on your device and are used solely to power in-app organization features such as search, categorization, and favorites. We do not access, analyze, or monetize your content.

4. Storage and Security

All data lives locally on your hardware and is subject to the protections you enable on the device (e.g., passcode, Face ID, encryption). Deleting the app or its data removes your prompts permanently. Because Zhok never sends your content to external servers, there is no remote copy.

5. In-App Purchase Handling

Zhok offers an optional one-time lifetime upgrade that unlocks unlimited prompt slots. Apple securely processes the transaction and shares only the minimum status information with us to unlock the feature locally.

6. Your Choices and Control

• You can edit or delete any prompt at any time inside the app.
• Removing the app (or using your operating system's storage settings) deletes all data.
• No separate account deletion request is needed because we do not host user accounts.

7. Children’s Privacy

Zhok is usable worldwide and is not directed toward children under 13. Because the app does not collect personal information, we have no data to share or sell. If a guardian believes a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us so we can guide you on clearing it from the device.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. The most current version will always appear at https://kipachu.com/zhok/privacy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
