1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Prompt Library – Zhok ("Zhok," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not install or continue using the app. We may update these Terms occasionally, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Territories

Zhok is available worldwide. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the app. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your area), you must have a parent or guardian review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. Offline App and Accounts

Zhok works completely offline. We do not operate user accounts, offer cloud sync, or host any prompt data. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device and backing up any information you wish to keep.

4. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use Zhok on devices you own or control strictly for personal or internal business use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app beyond what is allowed by law
• Attempt to access hidden features, exploit bugs, or interfere with the app’s operation
• Use the app for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your prompts and categories. Because your content never leaves your device unless you export or share it externally, you are solely responsible for any sharing or publishing of prompts.

6. In-App Purchase

Zhok offers an optional lifetime purchase that unlocks unlimited prompt saving. The transaction is processed by Apple, and their App Store terms, refund rules, and payment security controls apply. Once Apple confirms the purchase, the upgrade is enabled locally on your device. Because we do not operate servers, restoring purchases relies on the App Store receipt tied to your Apple ID.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Zhok (including the app name, logo, code, and design) belong to Kipachu. You may not use our trademarks or visual assets without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Zhok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, bug-free operation, or that the app will meet your specific needs. You are responsible for maintaining copies of prompts if you plan to delete the app or change devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of Zhok. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the lifetime upgrade (if any).

10. Termination

You may stop using Zhok at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Because the app is offline, termination primarily means you must cease using and uninstall it.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms as we introduce new features or respond to legal requirements. The latest version will be posted at https://kipachu.com/zhok/terms.
