Vauli Privacy Policy

Your videos stay on your device

Vauli edits videos and audio on your device. We do not upload your media, collect app usage analytics, or include advertising services. You do not need an account. Processing works without an internet connection when your selected files are already stored locally.

Local storage

Vauli copies imported files into its own storage and creates new results without overwriting your originals. Projects, filenames, editing settings, imported media, and results stay on your device. Temporary previews and thumbnails may be cached. Device backups may include local app data according to your operating system and backup settings.

Permissions and sharing

System pickers give Vauli access to the files and videos you select. A file stored only in iCloud or another provider may need to download before import. That transfer is handled by your file provider.

Saving a result to Photos requests permission to add media. Saving to Files or sharing happens when you choose that action. The destination you select handles that file under its own privacy practices. You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings.

Deleting your work

Delete projects in Vauli to remove their app-owned files. Files still used by another project remain until no project references them. Settings lets you clear temporary files and previews. Removing the app removes its local app data; backups follow your device and provider settings. Copies saved to Photos, Files, or other destinations must be deleted there separately.

Privacy page and support

Opening this policy uses your browser and an internet connection. The website's hosting provider receives the normal request information needed to serve the page. Your videos and project data are not included in that request.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request. Avoid including private media unless necessary. You can contact us at kipachu_dev@outlook.com about information you have sent us.

If you voluntarily submit TestFlight feedback, Apple shares the feedback, screenshots, and diagnostic information you submit with us so we can investigate issues. This is separate from Vauli's on-device media processing.

Changes

We will update this policy if Vauli's data practices change and show the updated date above.
